Difficulties in veterans' life and organizational and psychological conditions for veterans' resocialization.

Abstract

The article, based on empirical research, analyzes the difficulties faced by veterans. The main difficulties related to mental and physical health, readaptation to the conditions of civilian life, the content and organization of work, as well as the lack of special veteran support programs, poor work agreement guarantees, staff's general culture and experience in veteran support. The author discusses organizational and psychological conditions for promoting veterans' organizational reintegration, which include honoring veterans, veterans' resocialization support, helping their families, veterans' work organization and career guidance, and veterans' involvement in social activities.
