Publication of materials is free of charge for all authors after a positive decision of the editorial board and approval of the article for publication.

Waiver of payment

Since publication in the journal is completely free of charge for all authors, no additional payments are applied. In particular, the journal provides exemption from any payment (contributions) for the processing, review and/or publication of articles submitted by applicants for the third level of higher education of the budgetary form of training, performed by them alone (without co-authors).
