The editorial office accepts for free publication individual articles by applicants for the third level of higher education of the budget form of study and articles by participants in hostilities (UBD), provided that the articles comply with the established requirements and principles of academic integrity.

Along with the article, applicants for the third level of higher education of the budget form of study submit a certificate from the postgraduate department confirming their studies in the budget form. The certificate must be certified by the signature of the head of the postgraduate department and the seal of this department. UBD provide a certificate of direct participation in activities necessary to ensure the defense of Ukraine).

The cost of publication is 1300 UAH.
