УКРАЇНСЬКА АДАПТАЦІЯ ОПИТУВАЛЬНИКА МІЖПОКОЛІННОЇ ПЕРЕДАЧІ ІСТОРИЧНОЇ ТРАВМИ HITT-Q (Historical Intergenerational Trauma Transmission Questionnaire): ПСИХОМЕРТІЧНІ ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКИ ТА ВАЛІДНІСТЬ

Анотація
Проаналізовано психометричні характеристики української версії Опитувальника міжпоколінної передачі історичної травми (HITT-Q) Békés & Starrs (2024). Досліджено валідність та надійність методики на двох вибірках (n=299 та n=142) з використанням стандартних процедур адаптації. Здійснено два незалежних переклади, зворотній переклад та експертну валідацію (n=5) відповідно до етичних принципів Гельсінської декларації. Показано достатню внутрішню узгодженість більшості факторів (α > 0,70): «Дисрегульована комунікація» (α = 0,857), «Виховання під впливом травми» (α = 0,858), «Дистрес, пов'язаний з травмою» (α = 0,903), «Приналежність» (α = 0,818). Виявлено ретестову надійність від 0,476 до 0,807. Створено валідний інструмент для діагностики трансгенераційних травматичних процесів в українській популяції, що є критично важливим в умовах тривалої війни для розуміння психологічних наслідків історичних травм.
