Роль перенесеного тривалого стресу у вираженості соматизації на госпітальному етапі відновлення

Анотація
У статті досліджується теоретичне підґрунтя та вплив перенесеного тривалого стресу на вираженість психосоматичних проявів у військовослужбовців Національної гвардії України та представників Національної поліції України на госпітальному етапі відновлення. Аналізуються дані вибірки з метою виявлення частоти та інтенсивності психосоматичних симптомів, що виникають під впливом стресових факторів під час виконання службових обов'язків. З’ясовано, що тривалий стрес істотно впливає на соматичний стан військових, викликаючи такі симптоми, як головні болі, порушення сну, болі в області серця, загальна слабкість, зниження працездатності та інші прояви. Встановлено високий рівень уникання та надання соціально бажаних відповідей у даної вибірки. Окрема увага приділяється питанню доцільності розподілу профілів соматизації, що може сприяти розробці більш ефективних підходів до реабілітації та медичного супроводу вказаної когорти на етапі відновлення.
