Вплив професійної самоефективності освітнього персоналу на його суб’єктивне благополуччя в умовах війни
Анотація
В статті розглянуто концепт «професійна самоефективність» та її вплив на суб’єктивне благополуччя персоналу освітніх організацій в умовах війни.
Визначено професійну самоефективність як переконаність людини у здатності успішно виконувати завдання, пов’язані з її роботою та професійною діяльністю. Підкреслено, що проблема професійної самоефективності та її вплив на суб’єктивне благополуччя в умовах війни є актуальним питанням та водночас залишається не дослідженим у вітчизняній організаційній психології, зокрема, щодо сфери освіти.
Констатовано, що у освітян спостерігається недостатній рівень розвитку переконаності у здатності успішно виконувати завдання, пов’язані з їх роботою. Доведено, що підвищення професійної самоефективності значно сприяє підвищенню рівня суб’єктивного благополуччя в цілому, а також всіх його компонентів («психологічне благополуччя», «фізичне благополуччя та здоров’я», «стосунки»). Підкреслено необхідність розвитку професійної самоефективності освітян з метою підвищення рівня їх суб’єктивного благополуччя.
