Abstract

The article analyzes the psychological factors of codependency in women during wartime conditions. The study examines the relationships between codependency and self-esteem, emotional intelligence, coping strategies, and subjective well-being. It was found that women with a high level of codependency demonstrate lower self-esteem and emotional intelligence, use adaptive coping strategies less frequently, and report lower levels of well-being. Significant differences were identified between women with a history of cohabiting with partners struggling with addictions and those in the control group. The findings highlight the relevance of a comprehensive psychological approach in the context of war.фф
