The leading opinion in the interpretation of the term «professionally important qualities»
Abstract
The article examines the theoretical basis of the concept «professionally important qualities». It describes the relationship between the profession and personal qualities.
The author examines the theoretical views of researchers in various scientific and journalistic sources, which define the concepts of «profession» and «quality». However, key attention is paid to the reasoning of the term «professionally important qualities» based on its use in various scientific works related to the study of the specified scientific issues.
It was determined that various scientists consider the term «professionally important qualities» from a broad point of view and do not have a single opinion regarding its exact interpretation. Thus, personality researchers in their scientific works interpret a number of individual psychological qualities of the personality, on the basis of which they determine a set of professionally important qualities.
