ACCEPTANCE OF UNCERTAINTY AS A FACTOR OF PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEENG
Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the already developed information in the field of researching of the phenomenon of tolerance to uncertainty and its impact on the level of the psychological well-being. The authors emphasize the importance of understanding and developing of the tolerance for uncertainty as a key factor affecting psychological well-being. In addition, a correlation analysis was conducted toc onfirm the hypothesis of the presence of an effect of an increased level of uncertainty tolerance on the level of the psychological well-being among IT workers. The results of the analysis indicate the need to develop programs and approaches aimed at increasing the level of tolerance for uncertainty to preserve and support mental well-being in the modern world.
